Returns Policy
For Damaged & Short Delivered Orders:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please either email enquiries@totaldecoratingsupplies.co.uk or use the contact form on our Contact Us page.
Please leave wrong items in original packaging, contact us via the contact methods on this website and await our instruction.
Faulty Goods:
All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item was purchased as part of a special offer pack / bundle, all items from that pack / bundle will need to be returned for us to issue a refund.
All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning goods at their own cost.
Please ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to us at Returns – Total Decorating Supplies Ltd, Unit 3 The Quoin Est, Marlborough Road, Lancing, BN15 8AD. Order Cancellation:
Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order.
Once goods have been despatched it may not be possible for us to stop them from being delivered. It therefore becomes the customers responsibility to return them to us unopened and undamaged before we will issue a refund.
