Delivery

We try to ensure that orders placed before 1:30pm on week days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the Monday.

We use a variety of couriers to ensure speed and cost efficiency. These include DHL, DPD and Evri.

  • We have a flat £5.99 delivery charge for mainland UK. Delivery is free for orders over £100 with all UK mainland orders dispatched via a 1-3 day service.
  • Delivery to Northern Ireland, Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands is charged at £16.99 (2-4 working Days).
  • We do not ship internationally.

Unfortunately our warehouse is unsuitable for customer collection.

Delivery providers usually deliver between 7am-7pm. If you have specific time requests please leave them in your order notes when checking out and we will try our best to accommodate them. Please get in touch before ordering if you have any questions or requests.

If you request the parcel to be left in a safe place, we do not take any responsibility for that parcel once we have confirmation of delivery to your requested safe place. We must be notified of any issues with your parcel or its contents within 10 days of the courier confirming delivery.

There are no exchanges or refunds offered on free gifts, goodwill gestures or anything of that nature.

Returns

Once we have confirmed your returns request please send the items (we recommend sending via recorded/tracked delivery) to the address below:

Please ensure your full name and order number are included in your returns package to enable us to process your return quickly. Once we have received your returned items they will be inspected to confirm that they are in a resalable condition before a refund or exchange is processed.
